Paying Your Bill

The UVA Physicians Group offers multiple methods for patients to make a payment.  All major credit cards and personal checks are accepted for all of the following methods:

 

Online

  • Online quick payments may be made to your account by providing your Medical Record Number (MRN) and Zip code.  Any payments made will be applied to your statement balance.

By Phone

  • 434.980.6110 - Patient Representatives may be reached from 8am-5pm Monday - Friday.
  • 800.868.6600 - The Physicians Group's 24-hour payment and billing information line

  

By Mail

  • Payments may be sent to P.O. Box 9007, Charlottesville, VA 22906-9007.  Please detach and include the upper portion of your statement with any payments.  If your insurance has sent you a check directly to cover your UVA Physicians Group bill, please see our FAQ for instructions.
